I love the option to vacuum then mop, and that it leaves the mop pads at the base. The bag and tanks are good, and the size of the base is perfect. The obstacle annoyance is top notch. I've really liked the customization options from the app as well. Would highly recommend this product!

It is amazing how much dirty water comes out and we only wear slippers in the house. The smart object recognition is great, no more getting stuck on cords or eating a cat toy, or trying to climb a chair or lamp base. It goes gingerly around objects and obstacles so the cleaning process does take ~25% longer compared to the old one. This refurbished unit was brand new!

You need remember to turn on switch in back of unit, which Dreame says NOTHING about, as well as plug in the UPSIDE DOWN plug, once you find it! The app can be very confusing for a neophyte. Once set up, the unit works as advertised, BUT, we have only had it for two days so I'll update after a month or so.
