    While shipping ended up slow due to a Fedex backup, we recieved the refurbished X30 Ultra a few weeks ago and first of all it was not even noticeably used in any way, seemed to be in mint condition. Second, we have tested it out a few times and really love the side cleaning mopping, the hot mop pad cleaning, and just good navigation/app/object avoidance vs our Roomba j8+ that we were replacing. It's been a great experience so far and by far a great value to get this as a refurbished unit!

    Really like this product. First off, it cleans great. The vacuum is good and powerful and the mopping is solid. I love the option to vacuum then mop, and that it leaves the mop pads at the base. The bag and tanks are good, and the size of the base is perfect. The obstacle annoyance is top notch. I've really liked the customization options from the app as well. Would highly recommend this product!

    This makes my life so easy. I like that the water tanks are bigger and this model (X30) has enough battery life to make it through my whole house on one charge. The self cleaning of the base station is very underrated and something you’d understand if you’ve had one you spend a lot of time cleaning yourself.

    Works like a Dream. This was a replacement/upgrade to my old Roborock and my floors feel so much cleaner. I tried another mop vac as a comparison and it was obvious from day 1 that my Dreame x30 was here to stay. The biggest concern was getting over large threshold humps between hardwood and carpet but it handled that with ease. You will have to make some tweaks in the app to suit your needs but once you get it dialed in, you'll love it.
