This is the 2nd IP14 Pro I have ordered from DirectAuth. 1st arrived flawless, all items were as expected and flawless transfer from IPXS. This one however appeared to be a return as the cable was used/opened and bubbles in the screen cover. IP11 transfer would not work so I used an Itunes backup, luckily that worked and all seems fine. Battery was 89%.
