    Keeps this old body humming

    The balance of supplements in this formula is perfectly tuned to my needs. It may not be an analgesic, but it helps with side effects of stress, pain & muscle spasms. I take 1/2 per day for maintenance; 1 whole caplet when running in low gear for extended periods. Whole pills are usually best taken with food & earlier in the day, as it may interfere with sleep. I have been using this specific formula for years & hope it continues to be available.

    This product works well and is a good value. It contains all the B-vitamins you need, especially B-12. If you are under stress, this is a great supplement to take, as stress depletes your B-vitamins.
