    Make sure your laptop has a socketed processor before purchase.

    Makes a great upgrade to old Socket M laptops (provided the chipset can support it). I love the T7500 and it will always hold a place in my heart as it's younger cousin, the T7300 was the heart of my very first laptop growing up. Magnificent beast, if you're thinking of doing an upgrade, just go for it. The price is right.

    Best upgrade processor for the socket I've ever purchased in my entire life

    This processor was the perfect and best replacement for the terrible slow single core Celeron M 530 I believe it was I replaced in a clients Acer Aspire 5315-2326. It was such a simple replacement it wasn't even fair and it changed an old Acer Aspire from 2004 into a DUO Core 2013 upgraded super fast laptop all for the price of $6.00 for the CPU, $6 for MX4 thermal paste, and some thermal paste cleaner and 1500 / 2000 grit sandpaper and a 20oz bottle of water. LOL YOU HAVE TO UPDATE THE BIOS ON ANY LAPTOP TO THE NEWEST ONE OR IT WILL NOT WORK USING THIS CPU TO UPGRADE ANY LAPTOP!!!! All I had to do instead of the usual tear the entire laptop apart and strip it all the way down to the motherboard and CPU / GPU heat sink cooler was pop off the large cover on the bottom of the Acer.     Easy to do, just order right cpu. Got my new upgrade cpu. Works great

    My fault, looked at wrong specs, on laptop. Ordered wrong cpu, so it didn't work. But I did have to order new power ribbons. But I'm sure it would have worked.

    Gateway m6750

    This CPU is perfect for a Gateway M 6750. All I need to do is take out the old CPU and put the new one in. As long as a bios is up to date you should not have to make any changes.
