The transaction and shipping were both quick and I got the printer a day earlier than expected and it was in great looking condition. There was an issue with the z-axis being being misaligned which caused scratching on the build plate but the support team was able to help get this corrected. They also provided a replacement build plate and hot bed that were damaged and now the prints are coming out great. Great price and quality, highly recommend!!

Machine would also randomly reboot during prints causing them to fail. Seller provided replacement parts and now it's running as well as it can. Good support and fantastic value for the price.
