The vacuum arrived in like new condition and has worked great. I use it for both vacuuming and mopping. The app takes a bit of getting used to, but I was able to map the house, set different rooms, and schedule specific cleaning routines relatively quickly. I’ve been using my purchase for 1 week now. My refurbished Dreame L10s Ultra arrived on time and in fantastic condition, clean, with all original materials. Setting up the dock, robot, and app was quick and easy. I am very satisfied to upgrade from a “dumb” random-bounce robot to a smart one which maps rooms, cleans in efficient lines, auto-empties, and also mops. Look forward to seeing how this robot holds up over a month and beyond!

Budget friendly Robot vacuum cleaner in market
The product came like new condition. On time delivery. Initially I had low expectation but it did better than what I expected. A couple of observations: 1. You need to use only the 2.4 GHz (WiFi) internet and if you try to connect 5 GHz then you will face issue. 2. It has mopping as well, so its doing its job perfectly. It made our life little easier. 3. The map, shortcut and scheduling could be little bit better. For example if we are renaming the shortcut, there is no option to just edit it existing name, we need to type it from scratch again. 4. Sometimes its picking the soundbar wires as well even though we turned on the camera feature. 5. If you have little kid or pet then this is must have. 6. Very good mop for hardwood floors
I wrote full review and ebay timed out, ebay need to save the text here. I have used multiple Roborock vacuums over the years with great satisfaction, except that the mop is underwhelming. I have S5 max and Q7Max+ with auto empty dock and both have been pretty consistent with the cleaning. I have a dog who sheds all the time and hardwood floor. I rate this vacuum at same level in vacuuming with a much-improved mopping. The problem with older vacuums cleaning was that they just drag the mop, it gets dirty in some time and that leaves the streak on the floor. This one goes to the dock and cleans the mop after a while, I have used it numerous times and have not seen a single streak. I rate the cleaning close to light moping by human. One issue with this is that the app is a little slower, ... I wrote full review and ebay timed out, ebay need to save the text here. There is also a minor issue when dividing the rooms but a quick google search solved it. It has much better positioning capability vs the other robot mentioned, I have since moved the dock multiple time and it accurately place it in the map. It may be because this unit is equipped with a camera. Auto dock works well, and it tells me when the water level is low. The unit came brand new though markes as refurbished and with two years warranty, pretty happy so far.
