    Good Tablet for Reading

    It has some issues with closing programs. Not sure if that is an android issue or a Nook issue, since I installed an N2A card to have it working more like an android. I have had no issues downloading apps, either before or after N2A. I was getting screen flickers while using it and discovered, through research, that Nook tends to do that when plugged in. So now I unplug it when using it. The screen is awesome. Everything is so bright and clear. It is a little heavy to hold in one hand while lying down, but it is manageable. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

    Nice tablet.

    It does what I need it to do. The screen's quality is good. Memory can be expanded with microSD card, which is a plus. B&N latest software version is Android 4.0.4, which isn't that great. And, I don't think B&N will update the software anymore.

    A lot to like

    I anticipated battery problems but found that the battery is quite adequate for my use. The WIFI radio seems to be a bit weaker than my other devices but that is about the only complaint I can find. I really like the tab/hole. I've attached an old camera strap. Works well with Google Drive as far as connecting with files or you can just copy them using the USB cable.

    Great tablet, better than Amazon Fire

    Good size screen, battery holds charge well especially for used unit. Using it mostly for reading eBooks and is better than Amazon Fire tablet reader. Amazon tablet can read only eBooks in Amazon MOBI and AWZ3 formats. Nook tablet allows download of many eBook readers from Google Play Store. Librera reader can read any format and reads Amazon formats better than Amazon reader does. Used tablet ended up being a great deal.

    Great tablet

    When compared with the Amazon and several Chinese made ones, this updated version of the B&N Nook is a great product. It would be excellent if a SIM data and a slightly stronger batt were added to the system, easing mobile navigation with news, business, and GPS. My Huawei Ascend Mate 6" phone is a killer.
