The seller was fine, shipping was quick and speedy delivery. However the printer itself is garbage. Just loading filament kinks in three spots, creating jams and unnecessary tension on the extruder. After two days and five prints, the extruder jammed from just printing PLA. The Creality slicer also produces substandard prints, recommend using Bambu Studio instead. Overall, good seller, terrible printer.

I ordered two of these, I'm not sure what was the refurbished but both worked right out of the box. One of the screws seems to have a very slight bend I'm going to have to check on that. There twice as fast as my enders and the corexy provides a cleaner print. One of the hot ends did quit working temperature error but a spare one was provided that was a different style but I took them both apart and was able to make one that fit and it's still going today.

This is my first 3d printer and I love it! Fast, clean, and reliable prints. Warning: it is loud! There is a learning curve, but Creality makes it very easy to get started. I'm currently using the Creality Cloud setup to get started and it is a breeze. Choose project, slice, & print. I found a ton of print projects I want to try in their online marketplace. Pictured is the (BlueInes_3D) sugar skull model using Crefilament (Orange) and Flashforge3D burnt titanium PLA filaments. Great purchase!

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
