      Item came exactly as described. The box was packaged firmly and securely. Printer works amazing. First test went pretty off but I manually set it with a tutorial video and the Benchy test model prints perfectly. Despite being a bit dusty, it was overall clean.

      This is the best "refurbished" product I've ever bought, it's hardly even distinguishable from a brand new 3D printer! The whole unboxing experience was exactly the same as a video of a new one I saw, I didn't even have to make some of the adjustments suggested in the video as they were already made during the refurbishing I assume. I was printing my first test within half an hour of taking it out of the box, just had to level the bed manually and that's it. Best $100 I've ever spent on anything

      This awful, awful machine. Why pay the price you do for this paper weight. Every single place you look. Oh, so easy, easy set up. Wrong. Need an IT degree to set this thing up. Won't read any of my gcode files. Apparently, I'm expected to open the product's cover to determine what type of motherboard I have. So that I may begin to put a new corresponding firmware update. So that the machine may work. Absolute joke.
