Item is exactly as described and arrived super quickly, I am newer to 3d printing and am on a bit of a budget, but couldn’t wait to get into making helmets. All that being said this printer is annoying to set up and the glass bed is absolutely terrible nothing will stick for longer than like 30 minutes even with glues and sprays and everything, bed is clean and I have tried all temps. Will be replacing with PEI sheet soon, when it does stick though print quality is amazing for price.

Great printer. Works perfectly. Was concerned because of it being a refurbished printer. The printer was packaged well. When I opened the box there were a few parts floating around that should have been attached to the printer bed. After I installed the gantry and controller then leveled and tightened all the fasteners it performed flawlessly. Great price for this awesome 3D printer. Super fast shipping. Would recommend this printer.

The item looks and works like new, this is my first 3rd printer, my son who has had many set up the software and leveled the bed, the only issue which was the wheel for the bed was off and in the box, no biggie, the leg plastic which keeps it level was missing. probably in packing. I have to print one as soon as I figure out how, lol

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
