Computer came with a bad battery, and they wouldn’t do anything to help me until I left negative feedback. They then offered a 10% refund for me to replace the battery which is all I asked for in the first place. They don’t deserve a positive feedback because they wouldn’t work with me in the first place. So I moved them to a neutral feedback. Also the item was still 5 days later than the delivery estimate said.
