Friends of mine bought this and I’ve been so in love with theirs ever since I knew I needed one of my own! I spent the whole day listening to when it got delivered. It can be LOUD! I live in a single wide trailer and this thing with rap music shakes the house. The subwoofer is powerful, the clarity and range in the speakers is spot on. I played it quite loud and there was absolutely no distortion. Amazing value, super easy to hook up and get going! Now I want one for the bedroom! I’d have one in every room!

Bose is probably the way to go if you can afford it.
So this unit is not bad. And maybe I am just an audio snob, plus this was not designed for music listening, but the bass is muddy, and the treble is thin. It works pretty good for movies though. When I first fired it up it was horrendous. The Base was overpowering to the point that it was un-listenable. Volume control and LEDs were very odd in function. Then I installed the new firmware, and it cleared up nicely. However, the LED indicators for Surround and Dialog are not visible from across the room, and for some reason when the regular TV remote is used to adjust the volume it completely confuses the Klipsch and makes the volume go either all the way up, or all the way down. The only way to fix it is to unplug the unit as a reset. I don't know if that is unique to me, or if others have had a similar experience. I may, or may not keep the thing. I was previously using vintage powered speakers which sound great, but was hoping this would help with dialog. It has, maybe, not sure yet.

Good value for the money.
Mids and highs are pretty good for voice. Bass is very powerful but tends to rumble if turned up above zero gain.
