Good value
Good quality
Works great. Just what I wanted
The electric tongue jacks works great. I can't believe that I waited this long to get one. The price was reasonable as well. I have a Ford, so I had to wire it directly into the camper battery, because the trailer wire plug on Fords does not provide power. I love the new jack.I have only just installed it and tried it a few times at home. We have not traveled since I installed the jack. I will know more once we have traveled a few times and had a chance to connect/disconnect the camper without manually turning the old jack. Hopefully it will provide many years of use.

Makes funny noises.
It does what it is supposed to do, slowly. Because of the slow speed I let the leg up and down with the holes and key to keep from having to run the jack up and down. It has no problem lifting the tongue of my 20 foot travel trailer. The thing that concerns me is that the thing sounds like a can of loose nuts rolling around. I will probably take the cover off and see if there is anything loose, or if I can lubricate it. I am so uncomfortable with the speed and sound of it that I am carrying the hand crank jack around with me in case I have to put it back on.

Nice product
Unfortunately Mine did not work when it was plugged into the vehicle and the cable was not long enough. So I added some alligator clips and some outdoor wire and ran it from the boat battery. Seems to work well. I hope it works out for salt water conditions. Also no description of mailing in my trailer would not accommodate without modifications.

works well
The wire in the wiring harness connector was not secure and came apart while I was trying to unhook my trailer from the vehicle the first time I used it. The wires pulled out of the connector, so I had to hard wire to a 12 volt jump start battery to finish unhooking from my vehicle. The portable jump start works well, so I am not going to rewire to the factory connector.
Not very good
I bought two jacks for separate trailers and installed one on my flatbed. For starters the wiring is too small of a gauge and uses white and black instead of red and black. The connections to the switch are poor and ill-fitted while the switch itself is shoddy. The fuse holder was loosely mounted and when I removed the top cover to fix it all the screw bosses broke off and I had to get longer screws with washers to prevent the screw heads from dropping right through the now enlarged holes in the cover. The cover lacks a rubber plug over the manual gear drive ( if the need arises to use the included hand crank ) so if you need to remove the top cover which will..........break! Even if you don't remove the top cover screws do not even assume the unit is waterproof. If it sits outside in the rain water will get inside, trickling down into the motor housing and just sit there because it has no place to go. In my case it happened to freeze also and that blew the case right off the motor. I had enough of that nonsense so I removed it and got the second one out of the box and installed it. After two cycles up and down it stopped working and when I removed the top cover.......guess what? The screw bosses broke! What a surprise! I checked for voltage and couldn't really find any to speak of.......I mean like 1.8v at the switch! I had good positive and ground connections and was about to rip out what was left of my hair when decided to stab the positive wire six inches from the battery. The yield was a little over six volts and the reading dropped the further away I moved up the wire . The wire quality is absolutely crap, I couldn't really tell what it is made of but it doesn't look like copper. When I tried stripping it the wire just kind of crumbled. As far as the performance is concerned it is simply too slow, probably to make up for a weak motor or more aptly an even weaker wiring system. Do yourself a favor and drill a drain hole in the bottom of the motor housing. Do yourself a bigger favor and buy a better jack! I am.
