Seems like a good deal
So far it is working well, but I have not tested it over a longer period of time to really know if it will lasts, and I also can't say how good the run-time is as I have not used it for long uses yet. One problem with these reviews is that you can't know now if something will still work well 4 months later. At first it didn't go into the charger or device as easily as the HD brand I had used, but after a few times it seemed to go in and out much better. Good Value for the Money
This is an After Market Li-Ion battery, not original Ryobi. However, it is less than half the price of the Ryobi branded battery. It functions well in my Ryobi charger and in my cordless Ryobi circular saw. It also has the battery charge status indicator. I have only fully charged the battery 4 times since purchase. A cheaper alternative
This battery works in the Ryobi system it holds a decent charge doesn't last quite as long as you think it would but does what it's supposed to. The other issue with this battery is it is really tight to fit into your Ryobi tools this wears out after a. Of time of using it to where it tends to slide a little easier after time. All in all I would presume this battery being equivalent to the larger size black battery when Ryobi first came out with lithium-ion. As for the price like I said before it is a low-cost alternative if you just need batteries in stock and not a lot of high power or long-lasting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great bargain.
Pros: So far lasts a LONG time when in use, hope that continues. Only Con I see is that one latch tends to stick when removing the battery but with a good wiggle it works, just could be made a little more perfect so as not to get stuck. Very good product over all. Good, inexpensive ryobi sub
I have dozens of these Ryobi off brand batteries. most are made by a company called Vanon. i have every bit as much luck with these as i do the actual ryobi, for much less $. i highly recommend the ones with the green LED's vs the reds. DO NOT BUY From Storm_2018 !
I had 50/50 experience with this type of battery. First one I bought 2 years ago, a 5.0Ah, is still running strong. no issues. used biweekly for yardwork and with powertools when im doing car maintenance. But the last one i bought from Storm_2018 on 10/2020, a 6.0Ah, didnt even last 3 months. On their ad, they posted a 5 years WARRANTY but DON'T you BELIEVE IT. It was fine at first, then i noticed the battery (6.0Ah) dies quickly. then i noticed the lights only show 2 LEDs out of 4. I emailed them, they answered within a day and said its just the LED malfunctioning and to keep using it. so stupid me tried it again. a week later, i noticed even more issues. this time i noticed the charger light indicates fully charged by 30 seconds. the LED still shows 2 out of 4 LEDs. and it doesnt even last 5 mins of use and it just wont chooch. so i tried emailing them again for a warranty claim. but this time. i get no response at all. i waited a week and still nothing. so DO NOT BUY from storm_2018. Enough power to finish the job
This 4.0 Ah battery lasts long enough to finish jobs with the string trimmer and the grass blower. My previous lithium batteries were only 1.3 Ah and had to be recharged before I could finish using the trimmer around the house, driveway and sidewalk.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
