    I've been using Biotin pills since 4 years ago, and I love them to improve my hair growth and nails.     The pills inside the bottle were half not full other products similar to this are different from this one. I had a bad chest pain like burning the day I took it I couldn’t sleep because of how bad it was I really don’t recommend this product

    Biotin works

    I've been using biotin for about two months and I've seen 2 1/2 inches of growth and I am a African female with 3C hair. I however got this growth with biotin 5,000 with the spring valley brand. I've heard that natures bounty is a better brand with biotin so I decided to order some I got it in the estimated time almost 1 week but when I got the bottle it doesn't look like the picture illustrated its naturesbounty biotin 10,000 but it's all white in the background. It doesn't look like the picture it illustrated so idk if they willl work the same because I wanted the ultra strength one as illustrated but none of the less I've been using it no break outs. But my skin isn't one to break out that much so that could help but I noticed that when I used the 5,000 biotin after two weeks I broke ...

    Biotin doctor recommended for hair loss

    I have to take a chemotherapy drug every week for life. After almost a year my hair started falling out. My doctor advised to take biotin every day. Can't say if it's helping, time will tell. In the meanwhile, the hair problem escalated and now using a special shampoo. I will update this review when I know more about whether it's helping or not.
