Slightly More Effective Than Water
These eye drops are likely okay for people with occasional, mild dry eyes but for me they simply weren't strong enough. I'd rank them slightly better than water or steam in terms of effectiveness. Granted, I've had LASIK & had severe dry eyes before that, so my symptoms are probably worse than average. But the OTC Murine brand was a bit more effective than this. Recommended if you just need some occasional relief from redness, itchy allergy eyes or the like. Not so much if you have clinical dry eye syndrome.
