    6/3/25 I just replaced this on my 2005 (Gen 2) Toyota Prius. 355k miles and it still had the original with all steering wheel buttons never working since I owned it and cruise control went out at ~300k miles. This arrived and definitely appeared brand new. OEM Toyota clock spring would’ve ran me ~$350-400, so this will be an amazing value if it lasts. Just tested it out and all buttons and cruise control work again!! If anything negative crops up, I’ll update my review.

    That clock spring looked identical to the one I removed it came in a box with the Toyota brand and was in new condition . My airbag light is now off and my cruise control works again.     This part is conéct with an extra blue part attached which doesn’t come with so you have to remove this little blue box from the old part and attach to the new one before install

    I was blown away by the price and quality of this part. I priced this clockspring for my Tacoma at my local Toyota dealership. 196.00 is what I was quoted plus tax. This one was 21 dollars . Figured it to be an aftermarket part. No... genuine Toyota part. Easy to install and fixed my cruise control which had become mostly inoperable... worked occasionally. Works every time now. Saved a lot of money and took about 3 days to get it.

    Worked out perfectly, for 2011 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 4.0. At first I thought it was the wrong part, because my existing clockspring appeared to have an additional conmector. Then I saw a pic of a "steering wheel position sensor", and realized that was attached to the old clockspring. All I had to do was carefully remove that, snap it onto the new clockspring, install, and everything is working!
