    The plastic shipping bag was very disappointing resulting in crushed thin boxes on the inside being in very rough condition. Miraculously the two units survived without any damage. Great value for the price, but cannot believe they shipped in a plastic bag. USA Seller is very likely a fib because the tracking number given was not from a domestic shipper which was then transferred to USPS. Make of that what you will. Otherwise, the patch panels are exactly as they show in the photo.

    The quality of these general star insignia is good, and so was the shipping time from the seller. However, the seller’s description on eBay says they are 1” by 1” in size - the size typically used for shoulder rank insignia. But, what I received were insignia stars that are only 3/4” by 3/4”. They look more like smaller collar rank insignia. The seller did contact me later and gave me a partial refund since the product was not the size advertised. In the end, my experience was positive.
