    It took a month and multiple back and forth trips between two USPS Stations in different Indiana cities, but this plate finally arrived here unscathed. Seller carefully packed the plate, which is exactly as described, and promptly mailed it on Oct. 14. After much delay, a complaint filed with USPS, and the seller issuing a refund, the plate was delivered Nov. 13. I immediately contacted him to ask if he wanted me to resend payment. He replied no, "Early Merry Christmas." Class act, A+++++!
