    Very very very nice. Recondition to brand new condition. I use them for jewelry wire wrapping Etc. Excess wires must be cut flush and accurate and in tight spaces. This tool does the job. I've even cut 18 gauge wire with no problem. The tips are very strong and quality extremely good. I've worked with tools all my life and I know good from bad. These truly are professional grade and you will get the results that you're looking for. Thanks for supplying such a fine tool.
