The sound quality for music is excellent, rivalling my QC35s. And the app which allows you to use an equalizer is a real bonus. The noise cancelling is just average, on par with a $25 off-brand pair I have. But I deducted 1 star because the buttons on the headset are difficult to access and there is very little tactile feel to them to let you know what you are accessing.

I've been using it for a while now and everything is working as intended. I got these (WH-CH720N) at just below $50 Compared to $150 new. Worth it! NOTE PC/NON PHONE USERS: You need the SONY phone app "Sound Connect" to access all the features like custom EQ, what buttons do, etc. I had to use it for EQ and to add an "ANC off" mode to my ANC physical button. all your settings should then carry over when you use it on other devices.

I already have Sony WH1000XM3 and they are more comfortable however these new CH720 are lighter and work great for work phone calls. Not that the WH1000XM3 are heavy but these are just really light. And included a jack cable and a charging USB-C so am really happy.

And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
