Phone seemed to work fine until we found out too late that when making a call, numerous people responded that voice was muffled on their side. Found this out one day too late for "Ebay" 30 day return policy, however the seller could have chosen to replace the item but was unwilling to do so. We didn't want a refund, just an exchange and seller was not willing to help out! Disappointed and would not recommend dealing with this seller
