I really like this product. I have been debating for about a year to pruchase one after hearing the one my brother in law had. This one is a 5.1 channel so it has more depth of sound than the 3.1. the way the new televisions are made now, your forced to buy one just to hear things sometimes. My wife and I would watch movies on Netflix and some times the volume would be in the 60's and 70's. With this sound bar hearing things is not a problem.

Sounds great when it works but fails to impress when it silent and trying to sync up
There is a problem syncing up with video when you fast forward or change channels on the TV. As much as 25 sec if you wait, or you have to push pause and start again. It happens randomly and when it wants too. Nothing I do can predict it or prevent it. I have flashed the firmware to latest release. I have tried HDMI and HDMI (ARC) connections no changes. I have a Samsung RU8000 smart TV and all is updated there as well. Ben

Worth Every Penny !!!
For the price I paid, I expected the sound to be good, but not great. I was blown away by how great the sound is. After adjusting the equalizer, the highs are high and the bass really is deep. We are very, very happy with this soundbar. I don't know if it works so well because we have it hooked up to a Samsung Smart TV, but I think this would perform on any brand. Make sure to use the ARC HDMI slots and you'll add the 2 TV speakers to the sound. Again, we are very, VERY happy with this.

Samsung dose not care about cutomers
got it from Costco. But it quit working after 3 or so hours, resetting doesn't fix it, it lasted 3 hours after the reset, had to reset it three time for it to take, and then the 3rd time around it lasted an hour, and every attempt since then fails to work, and i was told to get a firmware update, then i was told it is up to date, then and i have to send it to them for 2 weeks or a month and then The firmware update file for my sound bar HW-Q67CB/ZA will not open, and no one will offer nothing other than sending off for your service center to do the update, this is not acceptable, when all I need is for the download to fixed, simple, but no one understands or cares about me, and can't understand that the software download for the firmware update isn't unzipping, and the web page needs to fixed, update the 30th guy on the line said that the BIN file is the file, but it didn't work after following the update procedure

Not really impressed. Sound buffy better sound came from my 55" samsung tv. No bass present
Not really surprise with sound. Just purchased to upgrade my old lg sound bar as I have samsung tv already I decide give it a try. But what a bad choice made. Sound not even close to my old system. Absolutely worthless. Lack of mid ranges and bass no present. I would not recommend to anyone.
