If you like MTV's Unplugged ...
Warner Bros. Records, 1994 // ... you will certainly love this CD. Great tracks by great artists. A total of 16 tracks with artists including Eric Clapton, K.D. Lang & R.E.M. The gem on this CD is to listen to Paul McCartney forget the lyrics to "We Can Work It Out" and having to re-start the song. Great buy for $10 or less
great performance , so so sound
Great performances , so so recording which surprise me as the video versions of these performences are very good . All in all it all depends on how you look at it . 4 star performance with 2.5 sound . I do have to mention that I have a very revealing high end system so on a lesser system it just might sound good . Recommended if you dont need good sound quality
Some of my favorite MTV Unplugged!
UNPLUGGED was at it's peak when this compilation came out! Great artists doing some of their best work truly live and probably closer to how the songs were originally composed by their authors. MTV should open the vault's and do a history along these lines that is more extensive then what is currently available
THE ALBUM THAT STARTED IT ALL
THIS IS THE ONE THAT ALL SHOULD START WITH. WITH OUT ERIC CLAPTONS VERSION OF " ALBRT KINGS" " BEFORE U ACUSE ME" THIS ALBUM WOLD NOT BE HERE. STEVIE RAYS ' PRIDE AND JOY" IS GREAT.
