This is 3rd s21 I bought from DIFFERENT NON EBAY resellers, including Amazon. The first 2 failed to get or hold 5g service in St Petersburg FL (big city). THIS PHONE was properly refurbished and tested and in excellent condition and WORKED. It is a keeper especially with the one year warranty. Kudos to Big Moose Wireless in NY. I will be back to you shortly for a second S21 that I am sure will be just as perfect. The shipping time was a little slow but not as slow as the other resellers.

This phone looks like it came right out of the box when they said excellent condition, they totally meant it! There was not a scratch anywhere the phone is in beyond perfect condition. The insurance policy was email promptly. There was an issue was shipping, but it had nothing to do with the shipper but USPS. But the seller was extremely great by following up with the post office and if the post office couldn't get the phone to me in a timely manner, they would refund me as po was backed up.
