There is some signs of screen burn but for this price you can't beat it. Came with charger, and sim removal tool which was a nice touch. It was unlocked and is now set up with service. Really bad customer service..

There was not a scratch anywhere the phone is in beyond perfect condition. The insurance policy was email promptly. There was an issue was shipping, but it had nothing to do with the shipper but USPS.
