Very bad quality
I bought Wedderspoon RAW MANUKA HONEY, many time before, and this is the first time I get two jars of very bad quality honey. It does not have a texture of honey, looks more like a gelly, .... very disappointing. Tough, the price was very attractive ....but the quality wasn't ...

Best Honey for when SHTF
This is the first time trying this honey. At first taste it reminds me of black licorice. I noticed a very unique floral taste. I will try it in the jar next time. It is nothing like clover honey. I am using this as a suppliment, not to sweeten a drink, but it's flavor is not too strong to over power tea. It is great to have little to go packs to put in my bug out bag. For preppers, this is a must have. Good honey will be like gold. (Not like the honey flavored corn syrup from China.) the medicinal value to high K factor is something to keep in mind for emergency supplies.
