Poor packaging. Item folded in half and wrapped in cheap plastic bag with label stuck to outside. Lucky is all that the item sustained no damage. Later discovered wrong item was ordered. Seller provided full refund.
Returning item and refund had nothing to do with neutral feedback. Seller shipped item in inferior packaging to save a few bucks. This shows lack of respect for customer and their money for item purchased from this seller.
