    Good one cup coffee maker

    Only issue I see is coffee pods are not available at Kroger, Wal Mart, local stores. Coffee pods are only available on line. You can make your own pods using drip filters, but not as convenient.

    Item came in defective but Hamilton Beach replaced it free with a unit that works great.

    Keen coffee maker. Brews a large cup of great tasting coffee in two minutes. I like the fact that it brews 12 ounces, in two minutes and takes up very little space on our counter. I am happy with this coffee maker.

    Great Little Coffee Maker

    This is a great little unit. I bought this one as a backup. I still have my first one. It's 8 years old and going strong. I don't use the pods. I wrap a tablespoon of ground coffee in a paper coffee filter, and stick it in the pod holder. It works great. I like the auto shut off feature. I like the fact that it can make just one cup. I like it's size on the counter. I like the look of the unit. I like this unit so well, I bought a back one. The water temperature seems to be just about right. It doesn't spit steam out of the water resovoir, when the water gets low (during brewing, where it's almost finished) like another multi cup unit that I have. I would definitely recommend this little coffee maker.

    The Best

    My wife and I went through many K-Cup type brewers and none lasted even a year. And, they were expensive (both brewer and k-cups). Then I saw this small brewer that seemed too good to be true. The price was, and still is, very low and the pods cost way less than k-cups. So, we ordered one Nov 30, 2012. We've been using it daily ever since it arrived. That is immense value when it cost $20 or less. We also like the Senseo and Melita decaf pods. At a few cents per pod, they are also thrifty! I can't think of any other purchases so satisfying.

    Small and compact!

    Best little 1 cup brew system I have ever owned. Nice and small, takes up little counter space. Brews an incredible cup of coffee in about 1 minute. I could not be happier!! You don't even need the "pods." I use a small mellitta cone shaped filter, drop it into the basket, drop the top ring over it and push down so it's flush with the top of basket and add 1 Tablespoon of any ground coffee, push into maker and brew! Voila', fresh brewed coffee in seconds!! Doesn't get much better or easier then that!!! These will make great gifts for the coffee lovers among you, and tea as well. Can be used with loose leaf tea (using filter) or just drop a tea bag in the basket! I totally love this thing! And the coffee is so full flavored, just like it was brewed in a big coffee maker, which I can't say ...
