Excellent vendor communication and response. First umbrella received was damaged in shipment. A combination of poor freight handling and poor packaging. The crank handle is shipped with no support behind it, and due to the weight of the umbrella, is susceptible to being bent if dropped directly on it. The vendors response time to my claim, and the speed at which they sent a replacement was top notch. Would definitely order from them again, and would recommend them.
