Better than expected
Packed very well. Added the oil and hooked everything up added fuel and started ip on 3rd pull. Only used it twice so far to wash mud off trucks and did a great job. Had an electric model for years that did well until it broke. Not sure if I wanted a gas pressure washer but since it had a better pressure rating and rebuildable Cat pump and the convenience of not having a long extension cord to deal, I am glad I chose the gas model and the Honda engine was quieter than expected. Hopefully this will last a long time

Hard to start first time
Would not start when i recieved it, i had to remove the CAT pump to get it going, as a tech i suspect valves need Adjusted, still very hard to start, After warm up cycle, electric start retrofit reccommend if valve adjustment doesnt remedy the hard start
