    mostly very good with a few caveats

    The ten-inch Kindle is a good product -- I mean, a "miracle" in terms of where we were ten or twenty years ago. A few remarks: I think I would have been satisfied with an 8" model, as the 10" (actually 9.5 x 6.5) displays two pages at the same time and one page would have been enough, and easier to handle. The ten inch is simply an awkward size and too slippery to handle until you've put it into a case. A minor complaint is that the illumination of the print changes light and dark when there's a bright object or lamp nearby, which is pretty disturbing. And of course the deluge of Amazon advertisements at start up is annoying.

    To much bloatware and advertising

    It's okay for the price I guess. I'm not familiar with Amazon tablets and i thought 11th generation ment the operating system was os11. It's only a os9 but the worst thing is all the bloatware and advertisement the ads and can't really get rid of it easily. Haven't turned in on but twice and spent less than a hour or so on it. Maybe it'll get better as I learn more about it and I can give it more stars

    Fir e 8 has better screen But 10 is fine.

    Great price but screen is not as good as the Fire 8 The Fire 8 blows me away as it's bright contrasty screen and SD slot makes it a winner. Some have said it can be hacked to use Google play store, :-), The 10 has similar but the screen is Meh. Its OK and workable but I dont get the same joy.
