      Product was shipped quickly and at a fair price as described. Only negative is there was no additional padding or packaging for shipping. Sender just slapped a label on the product box and sent it without additional tape or anything. Never seen that before, and the box was severely damaged when it made it here. Luckily the pieces inside were mostly ok.

      The description said it was an open box however I think it was more like a damaged box either way the item was “new in box” without any damage to the village pieces themselves. I appreciate the fast shipping though FedEx especially since the package came a day early. I would definitely recommend this seller again.

      I write this with a smile. The seller says open box and I buy open box items when I can to save on money(senior on Soc Sec). The product is new as described and works as it should as I have used it 2 days now and no problems. The price was great and the color red that I wanted. The outer shipping box was in good condition and well sealed. The Keurig outer box was in a considerably crushed state so I was somewhat worried. But the inside packaging around unit kept coffee maker in perfect condition
