    Great Sounding, Comfortable Headphones

    These headphone replace my Shure SRH940s for mixing and late night listening (I’m far enough away that the leakage doesn’t bother housemates). The 940s are great for tracking but the 1840s are much more accurate and detailed and the low end much more extended for evaluating mixes. I like these much more than Sennheiser HD600s which I used for several years. The only slight complaint is that the cables are a hardened plastic material that is hypersensitive to touch and transfers the sound to the earcups, but in practice this hasn’t been a problem because I’m not moving around when listening. The price of these headphones is actually quite reasonable considering the excellent quality. I’ve only had them a few weeks though, so I can’t speak to their durability, however positive past ...

    These headphones are relatively flat and perfect for mixing the low end when you don't have large studio monitors. Depth of field is also great.

    The Best

    I feel like I was not fully enjoying music before listening to these headphones. Trying this headphone changed my enjoyment of music. I get goosebumps when listening to the breath of singers. The cans are so musical and comfy.
