      You sold this as NEW open box. The phone is in a box that states “CERTIFIED, Rigorously tested, factory reset, updated software”. The phone shows battery health at 94%. if I wanted a refurbished phones there were many options at $859 to pick from. The reason I paid $1,009!was cause I thought it was a new phone, never used , brand new but that’s not what I received. Feels like bait and switch. If phones are refurbished be honest but don’t say it’s new. I feel like you owe me $150 refund.
