    I had lots of problems with this seller. The communication was terrible. I had to send several messages to confirm when the coat was being shipped before getting a response. Finally - more than 2 weeks after the order - the seller sent me a tracking number saying the coat was delivered to me a week earlier. Problem is I never received anything. Had to appeal to eBay for a refund, and eBay approved my appeal and provided the refund. I will never again order from this seller. Zero stars.
