    This is about saving money. I have arm with the simular attachment. Had to DIY via drill to make room for the screw/bit and it works. The build is obviously some kind of Poly/Plastic etc. Via my RedDragon microphone it fits like a glove, the way it is meant to be. The grip could possible crush something of softer quality. Condition more then acceptable. Again this item is very popular.
