    Buy the v2 model

    The older v2 TEG-S80g is excellent. Mine have worked flawlessly for years. They have a sturdy metal case and use little power. The v2 model includes 100/1000 speed indicators on all ports and has mounting holes in the case. Trendnet removed those important features from the new v3 models! To avoid disappointment, don't buy the new model. Find a used v2 model.

    Trendnet 8 port GB switch is working fine.

    Trendnet switch has been working great. There is no fan so it's quiet but it doesn't even get warm the few times I checked. It works so I couldn't ask for more. Except maybe some cash as a kickback.lol
