It is a pretty good game although I think it helps a LOT if you direct your squad properly. I'm not very good at it so I don't heal them and let them die just to get out of my way. Otherwise, I like it. I played it years ago and still like it.

Told by Microsoft that XBox games will work on XBox 360 .When I tried to use, I am told that my XBox 360 must have a hard drive. Not very nice Microsoft.

If you like the other Medal of Honor titles you will enjoy this one as well.Nice graphics, smart AI.At times in the game you feel like you are actually ducked down saying I am going to get shot.Nice idea with having the team-mates along with you.The bad for me is how your team-mates will just start shooting or get in front of you when you zoom in,it clouds the screenand gets annoying.I am stuck on deciding if I liked the idea of so many bonus operations being hidden unless you just happen to come up on them.It is great at times but when your just trying to stay alive it stinks to end a mission and find out you missed a bonus.Overall I highly recommend his game to any fans or first person shooter gamers.
MOH: European Assault is a fun game, with a lot of top-notch first-person shooter action. Granted, the game is a little short, it packs a whole lot of entertainment within that period of time. The game CAN get old if you play it a few times over, but for the right price, it's a great game to own. I bought it because I had just seen a WWII movie and I was all pumped up for some WWII first-person action. MOH: European Assault is a great game for the first-person shooter junkie.
Great game play and player movements have been improved. A little easy to kill the bosses. Ammo pick-ups are easy to come by, either hidden or from dead apponents. The use of the rifle scope makes tracking down enemy and map objectives alot easier.
packaged well and protected from any damage, game also works as described! been looking to buy this game for a while and glad i was able to buy it for a great price!

This game has everything. It has troops, tanks, stationary guns, secret missions, and real action combat all rolled into one. When you shoot the enemy, they fall like they are real and at the correct angles. EA did a great job with that. Head shots are the best. I like when the enemy's helmet goes flying when you cap one in the dome. The storyline goes along with the era. I even researched some of the facts and they are true to the time period. Even the guns, building structures, and outfits match the times. I bought this game and will probably never sell it from boredom. I'm a Halo type person and never though I'd have a military combat type game. This my first Medal of Honor game too. I'm very impressed. I thought it would be too hard to learn the controls or just the same thing over and over again. I was wrong. Caught on quick and I've even gone back to previous levels just to play them again. If you like combat games, add this one to your collection. You will not be let down by any means.Read full review
I got this game to replace an older version and was pleasantly surprised with many things about it. Sounds: outstanding audio and music choices Video: Stark improvement. Brighter features, easier target allocation, a little less cartoony. All in all a great purchase, even better price.
I bought this game because I always liked World War Two shooting games and I am a big World War Two history buff. My little brother has an Xbox and I wanted to buy him and I a game I knew we would both enjoy playing. I know everyones onto Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but I never really played Xbox back in the day and the games for Xbox are really cheap now. They provide days of enjoyment and in some cases weeks, for only $5 a game! Besides, the creators of the Medal of Honor series always made great games! I can't really say anything I disliked about this game. It was really awesome and I feel I spent my money wisely. I made an accurate assumption about this game and just because it was made in 2005 doesn't mean it's a bad game and not worth playing. It is challenging in some parts, particularly the last level!Read full review
I got hooked on the Medal of Honor game with the "MOH Frontline", and followed up with this game. Very realistic war and strategy, teaches you not to make frontal assaults but to try to find a better method, like a flanking attack. The weaponry and graphics are superb. The main difference between "Frontline" and "Assault" is you're pretty much a lone wolf in the first, but in the second, you have to command a team to help you subdue the enemy. If you go it alone, you will get the sh*t shot out of you, but using the team to coordinate fire, you stand a better chance. The main problem I found with the game is that in the levels, there is no way to save progress Near the end, in clearing the farmhouse, I keep getting shot to crap and no weapons or ammo to be found and impossible to complete the level after nearly 200 tries. Very frustrating, and I ended up putting it away rather than destroying it in anger. For the lack of level saves, I give the game a below-average rating.Read full review
