I contacted the seller and they refunded me quickly, so I am satisfied, but they need to make sure they are mailing the items in accordance with the postal service true rates on the type of package they are using. This was NOT a flat. Might try a regular envelope with a little bubble wrap and see what it cost. This has happened to others that have purchased batteries from them according to their feedback.
