      The item arrived well packaged, not damaged, and in a timely manner. The appearance of the item was just as the seller explained. I have not rated for this seller for as of yet because of an operational issue. The left channel does not work at all. The meter to the left side also doesn't work at all. I suspect a connection issue or something that can be fixed but I will have to take it into a stereo tech.
