My only issue is in the description. This batt was supposed to fit my bike but it was a half inch too tall. But both the customer and the normal service were great. Speedy delivery. Packageing was spot on. As for returning it, couldnt ask for any better, they refunded my account before i even had a chance to send the battery back.
