TLDR: Game is amazing, worth every penny, art style is amazing, extremely fun, final boss can be challenging. Get it! The product came, working perfectly and exactly as pictured. This game was full of so much fun. I would say this game is pretty easy compared to most early Zeldas, but can present a challenge to younger adventurers. It’s pretty straightforward, with there being very few instances where I got stuck. This game holds one of the best bosses, (that being Mazaal) out of any Zelda game to this date. This game, although shorter than most Zelda titles, is worth every penny. The game is incredibly entertaining, and I finished the game wanting more. Now, I did take the standard route (meaning I did not 100% the game) so if you dare take on that challenge, you’ll surely be in for a treat. There are 130 figurines to collect (136 after curb stomping the final boss into a million pieces). On a final note, this game has (in my opinion) the most charming art style from any Zelda game. I 100% recommend this game to anyone, new or old to the Zelda series. Adventure on, little Links!Read full review

This doesn't allow save file. It can be fixed but that requires knowledge or time to have it repaired at the game store.

I love this zelda game. It's got a good story-line and the characters seem real. The dungeon progression is linear, so you don't get lost all the time. It really annoys me when nintendo makes the puzzle too hard and I wonder around forever. Finally I go online, because I'm stuck & it's something dumb like throwing a bomb at a random wall. How in the world was I suppose to know that? In this game you just need to listen to what's going on in the story & you'll know where to go. It's only 2D, so if you like 3D this isn't the game for you. I actually prefer 2D, cuz the 3D makes me dizzy. Overall I would say it's a great game. I would give it 4 stars! :)

It’s possibly the best Zelda game on the gameboy the story is shorter than most other Zelda games but it’s sooo good the game is worth it even at $50USD+ for a mint copy I now own a copy of every Zelda game for gameboy and gba including the nes classics this is my favorite of them all I also recommend links awakening and the oracle series!!!

This is the ultimate Zelda game for gameboy. I have lots of Zelda games like Four Swords and The Fhantom Hourglass but this game definetly rules.there are many reasons for this, like how long it is.Or how the sound track ranges from the original nes 2 new songs. And even the charecters and there abilites rule.Im not playing the game right now but im pretty sure theres 12 weapons.(some come in the begining, some u buy, some u find and one comes in the end). But the main reason this game rules is the constant chalinging bosses and the very tricky puzzels. It's obvious that I can go on and on about the good things about this game so I'll just state the bad...................................................... your computer dosent have a bug theres NOTHING wrong with this game. It's perfect!!!Read full review
Very good game. Similar to SNES but different weapons, dungeons, and tactics. I don’t think I’ve ever played a bad Zelda game and this definitely confirms that. There is just a bit of hand holding as far as explaining where to go so that you don’t get stuck for too long. I don’t want to be constantly bombarded on where to go or what to do. This is somewhat exploratory so you can get all the extra upgrades and hidden items. They did this well. Everything is well designed and I didn’t run into any major glitches or issues while playing either. I’m sure there are a few, but I sure didn’t stumble on to any.

This is the first handheld Zelda game to use the improvements featured in Ocarina of Time while maintaining the SNES charm. I really love the ability to swim, roll, and target enemies. The battles are the same, which isn't a bad thing. However, my only gripe is that, at the end, there is absolutely nothing to do. I loved this game so much that I beat it, had every heart container, item, and figurine, in just one week. It has hardly any replayability value - it should've been longer, or had a bonus dungeon.
Great game in the style of a Link to the Past and Link's Awakening. The shrinking gimmick is for well used and adds to the depth of the world. Kinstone fusing adds a lot of additional minor questing for those who want it. The magic shells and figurines are the only aspect that seems tedious to me but its purely optional. Enemies, dungeons, and equipment are familiar enough but with some fun new variations.

On reputation alone, you'd have to know as of late anything that is a part of the Zelda series is going to be very close to if not a great representation of perfection. This installment of the series will not disappoint anyone. First off, it has been quite some time since a completely original installment was seen on a handheld platform. Previous games that most notably include Link's Awakening and both Oracle of Ages and Seasons for Game Boy Color. This however, is the first one of its kind for GBA and the results are simply amazing. Some of what youll notice first off is the impressive graphics and sound. Graphically impressive, this definitely uses the full power of GBA and is always great looking from start to finish. Then theres the music, of which is an incredible mix of both original tracks and music youll recognize from several previous Zelda games, from the original Zelda on NES all the way to Wind Waker. As far as other aspects of the game, the gameplay, storyline, and overall entertainment value of this game in of itself is impressive enough. It all revolves your ability to shrink to the size of a bug, and among other things this ability lets you explore areas inaccessible when big and at the same time creates new hazards, puddles become impassable lakes, housecats become fearsome beasts that will make things tough, and flying insects will be enemies to be dealt with and not ignored. I could go on and on about the amazing aspects of this game, but bottom line is this: Anyone even vaguely familiar with the series should expect nothing less than greatness with this game, and that is what you will get if not more. This is a must for anyone calling themselves a fan of the series, not to mention anyone who plays video games period.Read full review
Quite a fun game! The world is exciting to explore and the combat is great too. There's a lot to do in such a small package. A nice game to play for an hour or so before bed.
