Do not purchase! This spotbot arrived with a cracked hose and the seal on the collection tank looks like it was glued together with cracking super glue, it leaks bad. I offered to repair it myself, if they sent the parts. 6 days have passed and no response. I'm out $100 and now I have to buy a new one.

MUST BE THE BEST CLEANER IN THE UNIVERSE!
i have six little furballs, and they vomit hairballs with great regularity. this bissell spot bot pet handsfree spot and stain portable deep cleaner is saving my life and sanity, not to mention my hands. i use it nearly every day, and it is a real workhorse of a machine. the best part is i no longer have to scrub by hand. this cleaner works equally well on fresh stains and old stains. i rarely even use the deep clean feature. the quick clean option works wonderfully. i can't say enough about this miracle cleaning machine.

Appears new in plain box, well packed complete. Automated scrubber functions well but hand wand better for tougher stains. Decent vacuum suction and easy to use and monitor stain wetness. Easy to dump waste water and fill clean tank. Kind of loud as most vacuums are but automated feature lets you walk away till cycle is completed. 5 tank refills so far working fine. Easy to carry for small cleaning jobs.

Love it! So easy and convenient.
I bought this because my husband has dementia and at night misses his potty chair in the bedroom. I know gross. It’s so easy every morning to just whip this little bugger out and with a few swipes with the hose attachment all is cleaned. It’s a life saver. Great value for the money. Good quality product.

Must have for puppy owners
The SpotBot is worth its weight in gold when you own a puppy. It's a lot less expensive than a new carpet. I've used the quick clean mode, deep clean and the hose/tool mode. All three work well. A large spot of dog vomit that turned the off-white carpet into a dark brown mess was cleaned to perfection. You can't tell that anything happened. I also have a full-size, upright steam cleaner for carpets. It works great, but it's big, heavy and difficult to use. Considering how many messes a ten-week old dog can make, the full-size vac is just not practical for spot clean-up. The SpotBot has solved the problem.

Bissell spot bot
Can't say enough nice things about this machine. Really works well. No complaints. Affordable. Good quality. Works great. Either spot stain or big area. It does it all. I spilled beer root juice on my couch. Next morning I used this machine. Took it right out. I was amazed. I thought the couch was finished. But it got it right out. What a great machine.
