Purchased item that was classified as secondhand. The only thing secondhand about this item was the shipping box. There were parts that were missing and bent. Contacted the seller about the above mentioned and seller was very understanding and asked if I wanted to return for a refund. It is an awesome trike for an older person. Since I wanted to keep it, the seller offered a partial refund as good will gesture. I will buy again from this seller/
