Installation Video pictures pulling a fully assembled product from the box and installing it on the bike. What I received was a plastic windscreen and bags of hardware without even a diagram or instructions sheet. This seller went out of his way to make it right. He satisfied this buyer. After returning all 4 packs (200 strands) due to โnot as describedโ the strands were so THIN at the ends. The company kept 25% because I opened a pack to take a picture to send them. Then they didnโt refund 1 pack. Eventually Paypal intervened and had my full refund of ยฃ166 even though full proof of return was shown, it took 6 weeks. My advice be very careful if returning goods!
