I love this machine it has awesome sucking power and is easily portable the only flaw is trying to learn to hold it so the sprayer does not over spray on the sides. My couches are fresh, beats taking off the cushin covers and trying to get them back on after washing, they never look the same after that and its a pain. My car seats are sparkling too! love it

I hope that Bissell will come out with a little better product for the same price.
It is compact, but I expected a longer hose and a hose that could be detached for better cleaning. The suction isn't as strong as I would like. If the suction was better then the fabric and carpet would dry faster due to less water being retained. I do like the two sizes of cleaning tools so you can get into smaller areas. For the price, I just expected a better product.

One of my main reasons for buying this was to clean the carpet in my car. I wasn’t sure how the shampoo would react with an automotive interior despite reading blogs, reviews, etc. of people saying they used it for car upholstery and carpet. However I tested a small spot in of my carpet with the shampoo I plan on using and it didn’t effect the color so I cleaned the entire vehicle and was blown away by how well this little vacuum and a two ounces of shampoo performed. It was easy to fill the tank the get started, even the worst areas of the carpet required little scrubbing(I did apply more of the water/shampoo mixture to the worst two areas twice), and it wasn’t any trouble to clean the tanks and vacuum hose afterward either. I cleaned the seat in my dad’s Wrangler too after making sure the color wouldn’t be effected. He’s a mailman and has rural route so needless to say after several years of being driven around with a window constantly down and doors being opened constantly to move packages and trays of mail in all weather conditions plus dad eating lunch in it every day the seats were looking pretty bad. They look great now even old coffee stains came out.

Fantastic Cleaning Machine
We detail vehicles and after a $800 machine broke after about 10 uses we purchased this Bissell. It works better ~ it is small and light. The tanks are very easy to fill, empty and clean. Get this exact model Bissell and you won't be disappointed. We got a $20 rebate from the Bissell website while eBay had the best price at the time of purchase.

Outstanding spot cleaner
Read around the net revws of different spot cleaners, and this had the most positives .. long cord and hose, good suction and build quality. Upon arriving I will have to agree. With the extra 6" wide head it makes it easy to clean slightly larger are spills.
