If the FICM doesn't work on your truck then you need to fix your truck, the FICM has run on a truck before being returned to you. We literally only use silicone to cover the hole in the case if you have already lost the original cap, there is not other silicone used so I have no idea what you could possibly be describing. You have the same code in the truck because you haven't fixed all issues in the truck
