    I bought a product and seller sent me the wrong item, and then told me to return, I went and returned it to the postal office and they lost it, then seller refused to give me a refund, I know the postal office lost it but none of this would’ve happened if the seller had sent me the right one from the beginning and now they refuse to refund me, now I don’t have my product, and I just lost $57.13 thanks to this seller, don’t buy from them, they don’t care about their customers only making money.

    We apologized profusely that you received another customer's package and offered a complete refund and/or replacement, along with paying for return postage. You never returned the items. You shipped back an eBay provided FedEx label at the USPS, that is not our fault. As such a refund cannot be issued until the items are returned. This is standard policy.
